Hi, I’m Erin

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, and I’m here to partner with children, teens, and adults to navigate life’s hurdles and help you return to your truest self.

I’m here to help you work through the trauma, anxiety, and patterns that feel like roadblocks, so you can move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll sort through past and present challenges while building the tools you need to handle whatever the future holds.

I know from over five years of experience that you already hold the inner resources needed to heal; my goal is to help you bring that clarity to the surface and turn it into lasting change. For my younger clients, I use play—the natural language of children—to help them express what they may not have the words for yet.

I believe that when you are given the space to express your true self without shame or judgment, you can feel empowered to tap into your own strengths. My top priority is to develop a therapeutic relationship where you—or your child—can feel comfortable being your most authentic self.

If you’re ready to navigate life’s hurdles and rediscover your inner strength, please reach out and schedule a consultation today.

Areas of focus

I work with children (age 2+), teens, and adults who struggle with the following challenges . . .

Anxiety | Behavioral Concerns | Depression | Grief/Life Transitions | Stress/Burnout | Relationship Concerns | Trauma/PTSD

My Approach

I discovered my passion for mental health after a pivot in my undergraduate years. Originally a culinary arts major, I realized I wanted a career that allowed me to make a deeper impact on the lives of others. I took a leap of faith and switched my major to Counseling Psychology—and I was instantly hooked. Learning about the human mind didn't just give me a career; it helped me recognize my own struggles and break through the barriers that were holding me back. Therapy has helped me grow immensely as a person, and my hope is to pay that growth forward through my work with others.
