Hi, I’m Laura

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, and I'm here to help you find your footing when life feels overwhelming and figure out who you want to be next.

I can help you navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions so you can feel more grounded and confident in yourself. Together, we'll talk through what you're carrying, name the emotions underneath it, and build a plan for moving forward — one that fits your life, your culture, and your story.

I offer a safe, comforting space especially for the LatinX community, first-generation young adults finding their way, and women working to heal past wounds and break through emotional barriers to become more empowered and confident. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, so we can work together in whichever language feels most like home.

I believe you are the author of your own life, and therapy works best when it meets you exactly where you are. I'm here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you — not to tell you who to be.

If you're ready to work with someone who understands the pressure of navigating cultural expectations and first-generation hardships while building the life you want, please reach out and schedule a consultation today.
