Hi, I’m Todd

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor at Restoring Hope Counseling. I work with teens and adults who are navigating stress, pressure, anxiety, and relationship challenges. As a former athlete and varsity head coach, I understand what it’s like to carry expectations—your own and everyone else’s. Therapy with me is a steady, encouraging space to pause, understand what’s really happening inside, and learn skills you can use to feel grounded and connected again.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, direct, and collaborative, I’d love to work with you.

Licensed Professional Counselor | Texas #94634

Areas of focus

I work with men and couples with the following challenges . . .

Performance and Sports Anxiety | Stress and Burnout | Generalized and Social Anxiety | Depression | Relationship and Communication Concerns | Men’s Issues | Grief and Life Transitions | Trauma and Injury Recovery | Boundary Setting and Identity Work

My Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a coach and educator. That experience helped shape how I see people, performance, and personal growth. In counseling, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), trauma-informed care, and Gottman-informed relationship work. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, develop emotional tools, and move toward change at a sustainable pace.

I also collaborate with my wife and fellow therapist, Vandi Nall, LPC, for couples work when it best serves our clients.
