Life feels so confusing and uncertain right now that you're unsure how to move forward.  It seems as if things are falling apart all around you or maybe it seems like  you are falling apart and you are uncertain of how to pick up the pieces and move forward.

You feel blindsided and weighed down by a recent life event or as if life  just isn’t going as planned. It feels like you are flailing, unable to catch your footing, and un-equipped to navigate recent challenges.

It seems as if you are alone with your struggles and your family and friends just don’t quite understand or how to help you. Maybe they are part of the problem.

You think maybe things would be different if you had the tools, could have done things differently, could get a little perspective, had more confidence, motivation, or inspiration and hope to take a brave step forward. Or maybe you have taken that step and you want to arm yourself with tools, resources, and support to thrive in the next part of your journey.

  • Do you find yourself feeling vulnerable, anxious, depressed, angry, unmotivated, and/or uninspired in your life?

  • Is it difficult to imagine how life could be different? That you could be different? That your relationships, your job, or your circumstances could be different?

  • Are you fearful that you will remain stuck in the same place, pattern, circumstances? That things won’t ever be different for you?

  •  Are you struggling with letting go of the crazy-making thoughts, drama, chaos, or being in the victim trap of your circumstances?

What if life’s challenges

  • Felt hopeful instead of scary?

  • Could be about growth not set-backs?

  • Weren’t about trying harder, doing more, being better?

This is Me.

I’m interested in getting more information.

What if you are exactly where you need to be and with a little support, perspective, and some much needed nurturing you could find a path forward?

Life is filled with transitions, change, and unanticipated bumps in the road. The struggle is real and can be disorienting. Sometimes we just need a little support, some clarity, some tools to help us cope along the way.

This woman's life transition group is a safe place to come and process your struggles, receive support from group members, explore and make meaning out of your current situation, learn healthy coping and interpersonal and communication skills, build self-esteem, and flourish!

  • Members will explore their coping and relational patterns,

  • learn how to communicate assertively,

  • set boundaries, and explore their identity,

  • strengths, and capacities, in order to better navigate current and future life challenges.

The primary focus of this group is gaining support, connection, healthy coping, life skills, and installation of hope through exploration of  your capacity for resilience and growth.

Individuals struggling with feeling stuck, unmotivated depressed, anxious, fearful, uncertain about their future, and/or unequipped to cope or move forward from their life current challenge would benefit from this group.

Each one of us is on our own journey, but you are not alone!

The primary focus of this group is building support, connection, and knowing you aren’t alone!

This interactive, psycho-educational, process group is designed for women 25- 40. Group will meet for 6 consecutive weeks.

"Phasing Through Life" Women's support group is essential and needed in our community, as we understand the challenges and obstacles women face while having the expectations of others to have it all figured out—life, career, relationship, identity, self-esteem, finances, family mediator/peacemaker, etc. Yet, life has an interesting way of changing plans, and you are left to adjust, adapt, and figure out how to “phase through” your situation. While- being a mom, wife, partner, daughter, full-time employee, or a woman trying to find a balance. We are here to phase through the journey with you over the next six weeks to provide you with the support, tools, resources, and community to help you along your journey.
