Approach:

My therapeutic approach and goals are to provide a comfortable and open space for you to discover awareness and grow in the healing process. I understand that life is sometimes unexpected and not what you envision or prepare for the circumstances that come your way. It can be challenging to share traumatic experiences, depression, sexuality, and anxiety with others, even your close friends, family members, or significant other.

Change starts here and with you. You should be proud of yourself for taking the first step by being here. My process is to go at your pace while exploring alternative methods to help you in your healing process.

Life feels so confusing that you can’t understand anything anymore.

It’s a typical day and you feel fine and all of a sudden you’re triggered by something or someone that reminded you of your childhood experiences.

You avoid being around family members because they didn’t protect you the way they were supposed to when you were a child. The emotional and physical abuse weigh so heavy, that you carry the baggage every day.

  • Maybe you were abandoned or neglected by your parents and were responsible for raising yourself and your siblings.

Remember the neighborhood you grew up in, your religious beliefs, or the school you attended? Around the same time, people started to form opinions about who you are… affected who you were becoming?

Now, you’re an adult…and you are struggling in your intimate, social, and work relationships because of the trauma you’ve experienced.

  • Do you find yourself in a toxic/abusive situation that reminds you of what you witness at a younger age?

  • Is it difficult to resolve conflict because you were raised in an environment where conflict thrives?

  • Are you worried that your partner will leave you because the fear of abandonment reminds you of how you were left to fend for yourself years ago?

It’s important to know that understanding what or how you feel is not shameful or embarrassing but accepting that these are your experiences. Your truth!!!

I understand how difficult things may feel right now. Confused with uncertainty.  Not sure if you're making the best decisions or regretting the choices you've made.

I want you to know that it can and will get better. You're not alone.

Those silent battles you're fighting, I am here to help you explore alternative ways to conquer those battles that you can apply in your daily routine.

Let’s Get Started!

Who I help:

Women with trauma/childhood trauma, anxiety and depression.

How I help:

What my clients say about working with me:

I offer a safe space to be themselves and express themselves freely in a non-judgmental environment. Give them time to process and explore their emotions while helping navigate them towards a positive mindset and healthy lifestyle.

Off the Clock:

I love self-care activities and watching tv and movies.

Fun Fact:

I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan (team Gryffindor) and will watch all seven films once every two months.
