Sometimes, kids and teens carry more than we realize.

Maybe your child seems overwhelmed, anxious, angry, or withdrawn. Maybe school, friendships, or family life feel harder than they used to. You might be wondering, “Is this just a phase?” or “What can I do to help?”

As a parent, it’s hard to see your child hurting and not know how to make it better. You want to support them, but they may not have the words to tell you what’s going on — or they might be trying to protect you by keeping it all inside.

Here’s what I want you to know:
Your child’s struggles are real, and you are not alone.

Big feelings in kids and teens aren’t signs of failure — they’re signals.
They’re the mind and body’s way of saying: “Something here needs attention, care, and support.”

That’s where counseling comes in.

In therapy, your child will have a safe and supportive space to express themselves — through words, play, creativity, or conversation, depending on their age and needs. We’ll work together to help them:

  • Understand and name their emotions

  • Build coping tools and confidence

  • Strengthen their communication and relationships

  • And feel more secure in who they are

Your role matters too. As a parent or caregiver, you’ll be involved in the process, with compassion and collaboration — not judgment or blame. We’ll walk this path together.

Because your child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
And so do you.

Let’s get started.

Who I help:

I help kids and teens who feel anxious, heavy, or like no one really gets them. Whether they're overwhelmed, shut down, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine, I offer a space where they can take off the mask, be heard, and start to feel like themselves again — without fear of judgment.

How I help:

I help by providing a non-judgmental, safe space to talk about your struggles. Feelings don’t have to be scary or taboo. If you worry about being misunderstood, you are not alone.

What my clients say about working with me:

“She is a calm presence that puts me at ease.”

Off the Clock:

You can find me near any body of water, working on a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle, or reading fictional thriller novels.

Fun Fact:

I have been a vegetarian for 24 years.
