RHC is passionate about training therapists to be excellent therapists, so that more people can get the help they need and restore hope in their life.

Our training program grows with you, from a student intern through graduation, your provisional license, to full licensure and beyond. We are a program that is going to help you grow as a person, as well as grow you into an amazing therapist. Through this program you will develop skills and techniques to use with your clients. You will be able to take those skills and techniques and pair them with the theories and modalities you learned in school to put them into practical application as you help your clients thrive at life.  As a Therapist in Training you will not only learn how to be a great therapist, you will learn how to start your own business and be your own boss. By the end of your training at Restoring Hope, you will have a clear understanding of yourself as a person, as a therapist, and know how to go out and start your own private practice. 

Throughout this program you will receive 3 different components- Clinical Supervision, Business Building Training, and Personal Growth. Every week through group and individual supervision you will learn ways to help your clients and grow as a therapist. Through our optional Building Your Business weekly mastermind group you will get teaching, training, and mentorship on how to build your own business as a therapist.

A lot of people dream of opening their own private practice one day, of being their own boss. But when it comes time to open that business they are not prepared, and usually have no idea where to start, especially since graduate school doesn’t teach you anything about running a business. At RHC we want to prepare you for you to open that practice and live out your dream of being your own boss. 

The Building Your Business Mastermind is a 16 week intensive group to equip you on how to prepare, start and execute your own private practice. Each group will have a short teaching and training session then a different member of the group will be in the “Hot Seat” where they will be given an opportunity to talk about the business they are building. Each group will have training, coaching, brainstorming as well as support and encouragement from each other, so that you can achieve your dream of owning and building a private practice. We will help you identify your purpose and goals for your practice, as well as get into the the nitty gritty of how to run and grow a private practice.

You are doing what you love, helping people get better. But you are struggling a bit in your clinical work, or want some extra support as you support your clients.

Maybe you are in solo practice and you just need to be able to connect with other therapists and bounce ideas off of them. Or maybe you are in a group practice, and you just want to get to know other therapists and learn other ways of helping clients.

We hold a Monthly Consultation Group that is open to all on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 11 am. Cost is $25 per group.

This group is open to any Graduate Student Intern, LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, LCSW.
