You tend to think negatively of yourself, and you may even feel as if you are not a good person.

When it comes to any relationship, you feel as if you are unable to communicate effectively with others and possibly even make decisions that negatively impact your relationship with those you consider close to you, even if it’s unintentional.

You are one who knows that they want to make a change in their life because you’re ready to feel like the good person others see in you that you are unable to see in yourself.

You want to change your actions in life and develop better/healthier habits. You want to be able to feel like the person who deserves compliments and no longer be your hardest critic.

Overall, you want to have control in your life and finally begin to feel happy again.

It’s important you know that what you are going through is not easy, and it is completely normal to feel flustered, overwhelmed, and negative emotions in general. However, I also want you to know that things can and will get better, and I will be there every step of the way working with you toward that betterment.

Who I help:

I help kids, teens and young adults with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues.

How I help:

I help you through feel safe and comfortable to open up. I use a bit of talk therapy and play therapy.

What my clients say about working with me:

“There’s never a sense of judgment when discussing sensitive topics with Abeeb, and he makes it clear that he truly does want to work with me and wants what is best for me.”

Off the Clock:

While I’m not at work, I usually find myself exercising, writing poetry, watching anime, or spending time with loved ones. I also spend time meditating & reflecting to unwind.

Fun Fact:

I’m extremely uncoordinated but extremely competitive when playing sports, and most of my friends find this hilarious (I don’t blame them. I look goofy doing just about anything).
