Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do to try to feel better, nothing works.

Maybe you…

Can't seem to enjoy things that you used to enjoy doing.

Feeling like you're alone or have no energy.

Struggling to not be overwhelmed by the crisis in your life.

Want tips on how to make things more manageable and not so overwhelming? Do you want to enjoy the things you once enjoyed? Gain back the courage and strength to move forward again and not feel weighed down.

You are in the right place.

I create a safe non-judgmental environment so that you can open up and gain back control of your life. I allow for you to be seen and heard that you may not have had access to before. Everyone has their own journey to experience, a mountain to climb and I want to help you achieve your goals. Healing is an important aspect in life that everyone can benefit from to help them pick up the pieces.

I adapt the counseling journey to you because you are unique and have different life experiences than others.

I encourage you to identify your strengths and how you can expand them to help you blossom into the person you want to be again. We are going to explore negative thoughts and behaviors and then work together to confront and change them with healthier thoughts and behaviors. I will do my utmost best to make this sometimes difficult process as useful and positive for you as possible.

I understand it is not always easy to see that we are not okay but sometimes we just need assistance and I am here to help with that. It is OK to NOT be OK!

You can do this. Let’s get started.

Who I help:

I help children, teens, and adults who battle with a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, school-related issues, life and career transitions and trauma to name a few. I also work with couples and families in helping with a variety of issues like communication barriers, infidelity, conflicts, and blended family etc.

How I help:

I am dedicated to helping you feel understood and listened to. No one person has the same story or experience to tell. By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, I will help you find your own way on how to deal with what you are experiencing. I give you the tools necessary to come out stronger than ever. When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients would say that I am dedicated, empathetic, helpful, honest, and straightforward. Some might also say that I am a very warm and understanding person who has helped them along their therapeutic journey.

Off the Clock:

I love to watch a variety of genre of movies and TV shows from The Matrix to The Other Guys to the John Wick films. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family and friends, adult coloring books, reading a good psychological thriller, and playing sudoku and word search puzzles.

Fun Fact:

I love to travel and have visited 3 different countries: Mexico, Spain, and Portugal and 19 states in the U.S.
